7-Day Return Window

Request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, wrong, or significantly different from its description.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Order number required
  • Unboxing video recommended for damaged/wrong item claims

Refunds

For COD orders, approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after inspection. Replacements dispatch within 2–3 business days.

Non-Returnable

Personal care items, undergarments, and items damaged by misuse.
