Delivery Time
1–3 business days across all Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ). Remote areas may take 1 extra day.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are AED 22 per order, payable with Cash on Delivery. Return charges are AED 5.
Order Confirmation
All COD orders are confirmed via phone/WhatsApp before dispatch — please keep your phone reachable.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email after dispatch.
Failed Delivery
Courier attempts delivery up to 2 times; returned orders can be re-dispatched on request.
